Refunds

When you buy a product from Colours, you’re buying it directly from the creator. We process the order, let the creator know you just bought one of their amazing products, and they package it up and send it directly to your door. This means if you buy different products from different creators, your items will arrive separately and most probably at different times, so don’t be alarmed!

How can I check the status of my order?

You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been shipped from the creator, and tracking information can be found in your account.

How can I view my orders?

All orders can be viewed in your account.

What is your refund policy?

Our creators are pretty fantastic, but no one’s perfect! If you receive a faulty product or an item that is not of a quality standard, please let us know by emailing info@colours.co and we’ll sort it out for you by way of exchange of full refund.

Unfortunately items are not eligible for a refund if you change your mind about your purchase so please order carefully. In most cases we will happily exchange products for credit for Colours if the product is returned in its original condition.
